Holland Construction Services has completed work on the new Keystone Place at Richland Creek Senior Living Development in O’Fallon, Illinois.

Holland Construction Services has completed work on the new Missouri American Water North Service Center at 9040 Frost Avenue in Berkeley.

Holland Construction Services has hired Eric Eggers to join the Pre-Construction Department as a Senior Pre-Construction Manager. Eggers comes to Holland with nearly 30 years of industry experience and over 20 years of experience in the St. Louis market.

Holland Construction Services is beginning the second phase of the $30 million MidAmerica St. Louis Airport Terminal expansion project in coordination with the airport’s owner, St. Clair County. After completing Phase 1 of the four-phase project in 2020, Holland began preparations for Phase 2 in January, relocating the facility’s gas service and starting work on building the exterior shell for the expanded terminal building.

Holland Construction Services has begun work on the new Mill Creek Flats Luxury Apartments in historic Midtown St. Louis. The $25 million project is the third and final phase of the Steelcote Square development by Pier Property Group.

COVID-19 presented challenges, but work continued at a brisk pace this past year for Swansea-based Holland Construction Services Inc., and many projects are in the pipeline for months to come.
