Holland Construction Services recently broke ground on the new Mt. Vernon Police Station located at Logan and 27th Street in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. The new 25,000 square-foot building will offer all the amenities of a modern police facility with the latest in equipment technology and larger spaces for training, dispatch, and offices.

Holland Construction Services has begun construction on Keystone Place at Magnolia Commons, a new senior living community in Glen Carbon, Illinois. This 180,000 square-foot project will be located at 245 Magnolia Avenue, just off Illinois Route 157 in an area known for its medical, senior living, and professional service facilities.

Holland Construction Services is pleased to announce John Gillespie as its newest Project Director. Gillespie will primarily focus on Holland’s healthcare-related projects. He joins Holland with more than 28 years of experience working on a variety of projects, including several major medical facilities.

Holland Construction Services has begun construction on The Flats at Wildhorse Village, a new $65 million, 266-unit luxury apartment complex in Chesterfield located at 350 Wildhorse Lake Blvd. The project, which is being developed by Pier Property Group, is expected to be completed in October of 2023 and is part of a mixed-use master development plan for the site.

Holland Construction Services is working on an expansion project at Eckert’s in Belleville, which will expand the popular outdoor entertainment venue by nearly 10,000 square feet. The project will include a new Cider Shed Tasting Room and Pavilion, as well as a Cider Donut & Custard Shop. The expansion broke ground in February and is expected to be complete by Memorial Day weekend.

Holland Construction Services has completed The Flats at Dorsett Ridge, a new $45 million, 214-unit luxury apartment complex in Maryland Heights, one-half mile west of the I-270 and Dorsett intersection. The project was developed by Pier Property Group and is now leasing.
