As your construction manager, Holland will work with other members of the project team in the pre-construction/design phase, providing detailed cost estimation and construction expertise, keeping a close eye on the priorities and budget of the project. When the design is completed within your budget, Holland will prepare bid packages and solicit subcontractor bids across a large number of divisions of work, select and award contracts to the qualified low bidders for each division of work, and manage the various subcontractors with staff members who will work on your behalf.
In this delivery method, design is completed by selected architectural and engineering team members who work directly for Holland Construction Services, so you only have one contract and one contact, Holland. We will put together a design-build team to manage and deliver a project that meets your objectives as well as the team’s goals for owner satisfaction, schedule, quality, safety, and financial performance.
If you already have an architect and plans, specifications, and bid documents are in place, Holland will work as your general contractor to complete the project on time and within budget. With Holland, your project will be completed with the same attention to detail and high level of personal and corporate integrity that we provide on every project.
