Thirty-five years ago, Holland Construction Services began as one man’s vision to build a construction company based on integrity, trust and long-lasting relationships. Today, the company has grown to become one of the most respected and sought-after contractors in the St. Louis region and Southern Illinois.

Our Leadership

Holland is led by three principals - Founder and CEO Bruce Holland, President Mike Marchal, and Vice President & Project Executive Doug Weber. These three lead Holland Construction Services towards its mission of identifying and delivering clients’ and employees’ objectives, ensuring their total satisfaction and developing long lasting relationships.
