Mike Marchal, president of Holland Construction Services (Holland), is pleased to announce that Jamie Foster has joined the Holland team as the new Director of Human Resources.

Jamie comes to Holland with nearly 20 years’ experience in Human Resources. In her new role with Holland, she will be responsible for managing all aspects of talent management including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

Jamie received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration and her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.  She is an active member of the Metro-East Illinois Society for Human Resource Management.
