Holland Construction Services provided design-build services for Stellar Manufacturing's new plant located in the Sauget Industrial Park.The 131,000 square-foot facility houses administrative services, sales, customer service, training, and laboratory work.
The building exterior consists of a combination of glass and synthetic plaster, while a high-tech industrial interior design theme is carried throughout the interiors. The production plant consists of attractive tilt-up concrete wall panels with a structural steel roof system.
