Holland Construction Services provided design-build services for this 95,000 SF truck terminal located in Sauget Industrial Park.The $5 million facility consists of a 79,500 SF truck terminal with office/administrative space, a 15,000 SF maintenance building and a 150 SF guardhouse.
The truck terminal and the maintenance building are constructed with tilt-up concrete walls and the office/administrative space has a metal frame and EIFS exterior.
The facility serves as the drop-off and pick-up point for commercial goods that are being transported among 27,000 cities that R&L Carriers service.
Holland also completed the same size truck terminal for R&L Carriers in Arlington, Tennessee the following year.
