Holland Construction Services was selected to complete 3 stores at Hickory Point Mall in Forsyth, Illinois:
- Hobby Lobby - This 60,000 square-foot shell finish included interior demolition work, installation of a demising wall, as well as work on the roof, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.
- ULTA Beauty Supply - This tenant finish involved construction of a demising wall to create 9,106 square feet of tenant space. Work included framing, drywall, finishes and utility work.
- Ross Dress for Less - This 23,535 square-foot shell finish included interior demolition work, installation of demising wall, as well as work on roof, concrete floor, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
