Holland Construction Services served as general contractor for the Heritage Woods facilities in Mt. Vernon, Centralia, and McLeansboro, Illinois. The Mt. Vernon facility is 50,000 square feet with 66 apartment units; the Centralia facility is 54,851 square feet with 74 units; and the McLeansboro facility is 30,430 square feet with 41 units. Each feature a residential look with a central gathering area for dining, a kitchen and office areas. The apartment units contain a private bathroom, kitchenette and individual heating and air conditioning controls. Other facility amenities include an outdoor patio and tenant parking.
