Holland served as construction manager on this new 105,000 square-foot K-12 school in Wayne City, IL.
The new $22M facility features separate wings for K-2nd grade, 3rd-6th grade, junior high, and high school. The classroom wings lay adjacent to a common area, media center and cafetorium. The new school also includes two gymnasiums - a competition gymnasium, along with a smaller elementary school gym.
