Mike Marchal, president of Holland Construction Services (Holland), is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Deihl as the new Director of Operations.

Deihl has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He started with Holland as an intern and then joined the company full-time as a Project Engineer following his graduation in 2007 from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he earned a degree in Construction Management.  In 2013, he was promoted to Project Manager.

In his role as Director of Operations, Deihl’s focus will be to ensure each team member has the necessary resources to complete their projects successfully with satisfied clients.
