Holland Construction Services Hires Mike Sheppard as Senior Superintendent
(Swansea, IL – August 2026) – Holland Construction Services is excited to announce the hiring of Mike Sheppard as Senior Superintendent. Sheppard brings more than 11 years of field leadership experience overseeing ground-up construction projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million and above. Sheppard has led field operations on a wide variety of projects including student housing, senior living, retail, and light industrial developments. His responsibilities include maintaining strict safety and quality standards and consistently delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Sheppard is also recognized for his mentorship of assistant superintendents, field engineers, and emerging leaders.
