Lebanon Elementary_Front 2Holland Construction Services, Inc. (Holland) recently completed construction on a new $8.1 million elementary school for Lebanon School District #9 in Lebanon, Illinois and is now serving as construction manager on phase two for the district.

Phase one included the construction of a new 40,000 square-foot facility to house pre-kindergarten through 5th grade.  The new elementary school features state-of-the-art amenities and includes 24 classrooms, a multi-purpose room and gymnasium.

“Lebanon School District is very happy with Holland in its effectiveness to provide a valuable service, in a timely manner, while keeping us under budget,” said Patrick Keeney, Superintendent of Lebanon CUSD #9. “Time and time again Holland’s personnel were constantly looking out for our interest and providing solid guidance in the construction process.”

Phase two, currently underway, includes demolition of the old elementary school as well as a renovation to the junior high corridor.  Work is expected to be complete by the start of the new school year in August.

Ittner Architects served as the architect on both phases of the project.
