Holland Construction Services was selected to construct a new facility for PTL Manufacturing, Inc., a tool and die manufacturer.The 40,000 square-foot plant, located in Belle Valley Industrial Park, consists of a pre-engineered metal building and split-face masonry block lower wall. The 5,000 square-foot office is built within the metal building footprint. A climate controlled tool and die area is also part of the layout.
