“The Marshall” in Midtown Finishes Ahead of Schedule

The Marshall, a 177-unit, 350,000-square-foot off-campus student housing development located across from Saint Louis University, was completed 10 weeks ahead of schedule. Constructed by Holland Construction Services for Aptitude Development, the $56 million project received its Certificate of Occupancy in early April 2025, allowing student move-ins well before the fall semester. The building features unique two-story, five-bedroom townhouses on its upper floors, along with amenities such as a fitness center, gaming lounge, study areas, café-style spaces, and outdoor hot tubs with fire pits.
