Ryan Castello Promoted to IT Director at Holland Construction Services Inc.

(St. Louis, MO – September 2025) – Holland Construction Services has promoted Ryan Castello to IT Director, recognizing his leadership in advancing the company’s technology over the past six years. Castello spearheaded the shift from outsourced IT to an in-house helpdesk, launching ticketing systems and onboarding tools that improved responsiveness and streamlined integration. He has led security initiatives including email and endpoint protections, phishing campaigns, and access control systems for both the Swansea and St. Louis offices. His work has kept Holland’s IT, spanning remote connectivity, jobsites, and internal networks, secure and scalable. Notable achievements include migrating to Office 365, deploying Sage servers on Azure, expanding jobsite connectivity, transitioning file systems to SharePoint, and mentoring IT team members. “Ryan’s vision and leadership have elevated our IT operations and positioned us for the next phase of growth,” said Tara Spitze, IT Specialist.
