Mike Marchal, president of Holland Construction Services (Holland), is pleased to announce that Bill Hibbits, Dan Boschen, and Mike Arnett have joined the Holland team as Project Superintendent’s.

Bill Hibbits joins Holland with 26 years as a senior superintendent, including 30 multi-family housing projects consisting of luxury apartments, senior living facilities, hotels, and student housing in Kansas, Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, Missouri, Florida and Nebraska. His first project with Holland will be the new $34.5 million luxury apartment community, Alinea at Town & Country, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dan Boschen comes to Holland with 21 years construction experience working on various senior living, multi-family, hotel and commercial projects. Dan will be supervising the Encore at Forest Park project, a $38.4 million luxury apartment complex in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mike Arnett brings over 20 years of experience to Holland working on a variety of commercial, retail, healthcare, and senior living projects around the country. His first project with Holland will be working on a new $18 million assisted living facility in Pickerington, Ohio.
