Mike Marchal, president of Holland Construction Services (Holland), is pleased to announce two recent new hires.

Dan Hotop has joined the Holland team as a Project Manager. Dan has over 15 years of construction management experience. His first project with Holland will be Sunnen Station Apartments, a $23 million apartment complex in Maplewood, Missouri. Construction on the new 4-story, 174 unit facility is set to begin this fall.

Chris Brenner has been hired as a Project Engineer after serving as an intern with Holland this past summer. He completed his internship at the end of August and was then hired on full-time. Chris recently graduated from Missouri University of Science & Technology with a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering. In his new role, he will provide support for project managers, superintendents, and pre-construction staff.
