Holland Construction Services, Inc. (Holland) joined with Klein’s BrandSource employees and community leaders on October 9th at a groundbreaking ceremony for Klein’s new warehouse addition.
The new 5,700 square foot, pre-engineered metal building will be adjacent to their current warehouse located at 10338 Lincoln Trail (Highway 50). Owner Gil Klein said the expansion was needed to serve the community better and to accommodate future growth.
“We have been a family-owned business since 1959. We’ve seen many appliance big box stores come and go in the area, but our business is stronger than ever and continues to grow,” said Klein. “The addition will accommodate our sales and service department. We are well known for our service after the sale and the great pride in our relationships with our valued customers. This addition will help to serve the community better.”
The new warehouse will be of similar design standards as the existing facility. Netemeyer Engineering out of Aviston, Illinois is the architect on the project.
Construction on the new addition is expected to be complete this December.
