Background
Holland Construction Services was selected as general contractor for this 45,872 square-foot shopping center.
The plaza has space for 17 tenants and is anchored by a Dollar Tree which occupies 9,700 square feet of space. Holland also constructed a 5,400 square-foot outlot building in front of Oakwood Plaza which houses Aspen Dental Office and Clarkson Eye Care.
