New Holland Office

Background

The new Holland St. Louis office renovation encompassed a complete remodel of the interior and exterior of a 6,000 SF former banking space. Holland has deep roots in the St. Louis area, and the location on Highway 40 near Forest Park Community College serves as a convenient and centralized location to serve all of our Missouri project. Design attributes include the original bank vault, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large training room and common space on the lower level.
