Mungenast St. Louis Honda

Background

Holland Construction Services served as construction manager on this $5 million multiple building renovation project. The project included a 29,116 SF remodel and addition of a service bay at Mungenast St. Louis Honda’s 5939 S. Lindbergh Blvd. location. The new space features an expanded service department and reception area, a spacious customer waiting area, a training room and a corporate conference room.  An additional 5,325 SF remodel was completed at their extended location at 6160 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
