Holland Construction Services was selected to build a new office and manufacturing facility for Universal Air Filter, a manufacturer of specialty air filters. The one-story building features precast concrete wall panels with a structural steel skeleton in the plant. The adjacent high-quality offices feature exterior insulation finish system wall construction.
An additional project 5 years later consisted of a one-story tilt-up concrete expansion which includes additional storage and manufacturing space as well as extra loading docks to their existing facility.
