 Holland Construction Services contracted with Propper Construction in the building of this premier urban style complex located at I-270 and Manchester Road. This new $49 million luxury apartment community is the first of its kind in West County.

Developed by TriStar Properties, this modern apartment community features 254 units within three buildings. Amenities include a two-story clubhouse with a fully-equipped fitness center, coffee bar and business center overlooking a three-tiered infinity pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen and fire pits. The complex also offers a garage, carport, and surface parking.
