Holland Construction Services provided construction management services on this new independent living community.The 137,000 square-foot facility offers 132 apartment homes, ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom, two-bath units. Amenities include a salon and day spa, laundry rooms, library with computers, state-of-the-art fitness and physical therapy center, theater with surround sound, meeting rooms, lounges with fireplaces, a main dining room, as well as a private dining room for family, coffee shop, and a gourmet kitchen. The outside area features a greenhouse, community gardens, landscaped courtyards and patios and a large resident and guest parking lot.
