Holland Construction Services served as construction manager for the new $6 million Sunset Ridge office building.
This new 3-story, 47,700 square-foot office building includes 26 executive reserved covered parking spaces on the first floor, as well as an additional 143 surface spaces. The remainder of the first floor as well as the 2nd and 3rd floors is a combination of office and retail space featuring high-end finishes throughout.
