This was a multi-phased student housing project on the campus of Missouri Baptist University. The most recent phase involved adding two 9,750 SF buildings to the Spartan Village complex. Each of the 3 story apartment-style buildings houses 40 students. In these new facilities, two students share a bedroom and their own private bathroom. A lobby and laundry room is located in the lowest level of each building and a quiet study space is located on the third floor.
Previous work at Spartan Village was completed in 2013 and involved construction of a new 35,000 SF complex. It’s a hybrid between traditional dorms and apartments with each floor having a shared living room and kitchen. The complex houses 112 students and includes a Resident Director’s Office, Nurse’s Office and a shared laundry facility.
Holland has also completed several other projects for Missouri Baptist University including renovation of their dining hall and construction of their new football facility.
