Holland Construction Services has completed 6 projects for PNC/National City Bank, including construction of 4 new bank branches in Belleville, Edwardsville, Collinsville, and Waterloo and construction of the new regional headquarters in O'Fallon, IL.
Holland also recently finished an interior remodel on the Edwardsville branch.
Each of the new bank branches are approximately 3,500 square feet, featuring a large open customer lobby, private offices and conference rooms. The architectural metal roof tops the building’s all brick construction. Three drive-up lanes and a drive-up ATM provide added customer convenience.
The regional headquarters is 6,644 square feet and includes a large lobby and teller line area featuring upscale woodworking, casework and ceramic tiling and four drive-up lanes.
