Holland Construction Services, Inc. was selected to construct a new $2.7 million facility for Troy Madison Development Corp., housing Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc.'s first Illinois location.
The 42,570-square-foot, single-story was completed using tilt-up concrete construction, featuring the "Nu Way" blue stripe around the perimeter and blue standing seam metal awnings. The structure provides a 16,000-square foot showroom, warehouse and offices with an extensive parking area. This facility replaces leased space and significantly increases Nu-Way's office and warehouse space, allowing for increased inventory stock.
