Holland Construction Services completed a large renovation and expansion project for Eckert's Country Farms.
Construction on the 22,000 square-foot Country Store included building expanded areas for local produce, fresh meat, specialty foods, an extended bakery and a 1,200 square-foot cooking and workshop classroom. The store was built in a pre-fabricated metal building with a gambrel roof. The newly expanded restaurant included a 2,500 square-foot kitchen renovation and 5,500 square-foot restaurant renovation. Outdoor features of the new facility included additional parking and new outdoor plaza space for seasonal gatherings.
