Holland Construction Services was the design/build contractor for the corporate headquarters of DMI, a wholesale distributor of computer imaging products. The 48,000 square-foot, Class-A building is located in Missouri Research Park and houses offices, hi-tech conference facilities, kitchen and break areas and underground parking.
