Holland Construction Services served as general contractor for the Cambridge House facilities located in Swansea, Maryville, and O’Fallon, Illinois.
All three buildings are three-story, ranging from 87,500-89,000 square feet.
Each building features 103 units consisting of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Twenty-one units are finished to accommodate the physically impaired. Common space includes a dining room, outdoor patio, and a salon with fireplace and group seating. Other features include parking for 120 tenants, a commercial kitchen, and office space.
