Holland Construction Services served as construction manager on this new urban apartment community in south St. Louis.
The project, developed and owned by Altus Properties, is located at 2232 South Grand Boulevard on the former site of the South City Family YMCA and just a few blocks from Tower Grove Park. The project involved demolition of the YMCA facility and re-purposing the site into a 132,000 square-foot, 124-unit luxury apartment complex. The new Grand Flats features 5 floors of apartments ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Amenities include a fitness center, collaboration lounge, and a business lab. The new complex also features a pool and outdoor amenity space.
