Holland Construction Services Welcomes Tim Myatt as Safety Director
(Swansea, IL – March 2026) – Holland Construction Services is pleased to announce that Tim Myatt, LEED AP, has joined the firm as Safety Director, bringing more than 30 years of experience in construction safety leadership, regulatory compliance, and workforce training.
In this role, Myatt is responsible for leading Holland’s company-wide safety strategy, ensuring that all projects operate within a safe, compliant, and hazard-free work environment. He will oversee the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and training programs that align with OSHA regulations and federal, state, and local safety requirements.
Myatt has built his career as a construction safety professional with deep expertise in jobsite safety management, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation. His background includes extensive experience conducting jobsite inspections, leading incident investigations, coordinating corrective actions, and partnering with project teams to proactively address safety risks before they impact people or schedules. He has also played a key role in administering workers’ compensation programs and coordinating care for injured employees
In addition to his field experience, Myatt is a recognized leader within the regional safety community. He has served in multiple leadership roles with the American Society of Safety Engineers and AGC of St. Louis, including executive safety and health policy committees and long-term program leadership. His involvement reflects a commitment not only to compliance, but to advancing safety culture across the construction industry.

Myatt holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Illinois State University and maintains multiple professional certifications and safety training credentials. He will work closely with Holland’s operations, field leadership, and project teams to reinforce a consistent, proactive safety culture across all markets and project types.
