Holland Construction Services Welcomes Matt Frank as Project Director
(Swansea, IL – March 2026) – Holland Construction Services is pleased to announce that Matt Frank has joined the firm as Project Director, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading complex construction projects across K–12 and higher education environments.
In this role, Frank will lead Holland’s Education market initiatives, overseeing project strategy, client relationships, and delivery teams to ensure educational facilities are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to occupied campuses. His background aligns closely with Holland’s commitment to integrity, collaboration, and thoughtful project execution.
Frank has spent his career delivering high-profile education, municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects ranging from several million dollars to more than $150 million in value across Missouri. He has extensive experience managing Missouri K-12 projects within active school environments, coordinating phasing plans, maintaining student and staff safety, and ensuring compliance with public health codes and district requirements. His work includes leadership on new construction, additions, renovations, and design-build projects for school districts and public institutions across the region.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Frank brings deep expertise in preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. He has led multidisciplinary teams through complex logistics, mitigated schedule and cost risks, and mentored project managers and engineers to elevate team performance and consistency. His collaborative approach has resulted in long-standing client relationships built on transparency, trust, and predictable outcomes.

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Webster University and has served in senior project leadership roles throughout his career. He will work closely with Holland’s preconstruction, operations, and field teams to support the firm’s continued growth in the Education sector.
