Holland Construction Services Welcomes Kelly Page as Human Resources Director
(Swansea, IL – March 2026) – Holland Construction Services is pleased to announce the addition of Kelly Page as the company’s new Human Resources Director. With more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Kelly brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Throughout her career, Page has partnered closely with executive leaders to create and implement people-centered strategies that strengthen organizational culture, support business performance, and ensure compliance with evolving workplace standards. Page has successfully guided teams through periods of change, transformation, and growth.

She is widely respected for her approachable leadership style, practical problem-solving skills, and commitment to employee engagement and continuous improvement.
She holds two Associate of Arts degrees—in Business Administration and in Liberal Arts—from St. Louis Community College–Meramec, and maintains certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Kelly is also an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
