Holland Construction Services Promotes Brian Dayton to Senior Project Manager
(Swansea, IL – November 2025) – Holland Construction Services is proud to announce the promotion of Brian Dayton, LEED® Green Associate, to Senior Project Manager. Dayton brings more than 13 years of industry experience, including a decade with Holland, where he has built a strong track record of delivering complex projects across the education, municipal, healthcare, commercial, and residential markets. In his new role, Brian will take charge of major construction projects, focusing on leadership, oversight, and maintaining Holland’s commitment to schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Dayton’s leadership in managing district-wide programs for K–12 clients such as Collinsville Community Unit School District (CUSD) #10 and North Mac CUSD #34, underscores his mastery of the Construction Management (CM) delivery method and its critical role in creating value for school districts and trade partners. His ability to navigate complex, multi-project environments demonstrates not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities and educational objectives.

- Mt. Vernon Police Station, Mt. Vernon, Illinois: New 20,000 square-foot police station for the City of Mt. Vernon.
- Caseyville Elementary, Caseyville, Illinois: New 56,000 square-foot Caseyville Elementary School for Collinsville CUSD #10.
- North Mac High School Gym Addition, North Mac, Illinois: New 20,300 square-foot high school gym addition, for North Mac CUSD #34.
- Wolf Brand Middle School, Swansea, Illinois:44,000 square-foot building addition and 18,000 square-foot renovation.
- Sunnen Station Apartments, Maplewood, Missouri: New 186,000 square-foot, 174-unit residential complex for Sunnen Family in conjunction with Cozad Commercial Real Estate.
Dayton earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville and has completed the SIUE Construction Leadership Institute, along with achieving LEED® Green Associate accreditation.
