Holland Construction Services Announces Key Promotions in Field Leadership
(Swansea, IL – December 2025) – Holland Construction Services is proud to announce the following promotions within its field operations team Thomas Raeber to Superintendent I, Steven Weiss to Superintendent II, and Brett Droy to Senior Superintendent. These promotions reflect Holland’s commitment to recognizing talent and strengthening leadership across its projects.

Thomas Raeber, Superintendent I
Thomas Raeber has been promoted to Superintendent I, where he supports project execution and ensures job site safety, quality, and schedule adherence. His project contributions include:
- Joni’s House New Facility, East St. Louis, Illinois: New 4,500 square-foot facility designed to offer training and coaching services for individuals with special needs.
- Keystone Place Senior Living Facility, Glen Carbon, Illinois: New 175,000 square-foot, four-story senior living building.
- The Jewel at Whispering Oaks, Swansea, Illinois: New 296,000 square-foot, 240-unit garden-style living community.
His hands-on experience and attention to detail make him a valuable resource for both clients and trade partners.

Steven Weiss, Superintendent II
Steven Weiss steps into the role of Superintendent II, bringing proven expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating field operations. Highlights of his work experience include:
- St. Elizabeth’s Hospital New Ambulatory Surgical Care and Medical Office Building, O’Fallon, Illinois: New outpatient surgery center, diagnostic imaging center, and medical offices.
- Venice Community Unit School District (CUSD) #3 Venice Elementary School, Venice, Illinois: New 47,400 square-foot elementary school
- Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) Advanced Manufacturing Academy, Belleville, Illinois: New educational facility for manufacturing training for SWIC.
His leadership ensures seamless communication between teams and consistent delivery of high-quality results.

Brett Droy, Senior Superintendent
Brett Droy’s promotion to Senior Superintendent recognizes his outstanding contributions to field leadership. His diverse market knowledge on education, industrial and residential projects, provides drives innovative solutions and ensures adaptability in complex environments. His project experience includes:
- Triad CUSD #2 New Middle School, Troy, Illinois: New 160,000 square-foot replacement middle school
- Project Cable, DuQuoin, Illinois: Design-build of a 116,000 square-foot manufacturing plant expansion.
- The Edwin on Grand, St. Louis: New 343,106 square-foot, 196-unit mixed-use residential complex.
His ability to anticipate challenges and foster collaboration ensures successful outcomes for clients and partners.
