Holland Construction Services Announces Key Promotion in Self-Perform Field Leadership

(St. Louis, MO – December 2025) – Holland Construction Services is proud to announce the promotion of Seth Stacy to General Superintendent. In this role, Seth will lead the field management of self-perform operations across all Holland business units while also providing field oversight for the Special Projects Business Unit.  Seth will  work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with project scope, budgets, and schedules.

Seth has been instrumental in advancing Holland’s strategic initiatives to improve self-perform efficiency and deliver greater value to clients. His extensive experience spans a variety of markets, including:

  • Humane Society of Missouri Best Buddy Pet Center Renovation, Maryland Heights, Missouri: Renovation including dog runs, behavior rooms, a new cat room and laundry.
  • Gateco Avenir Apartments, University City, Missouri: Four-story luxury apartment building with 262 units.
  • Sunnen Station Apartments, Maplewood, Missouri:New 120,020 square-foot, four-story, 121-unit apartment complex.
  • Missouri Baptist University Nursing Facility, St. Louis: 7,100 square-foot nursing space featuring classrooms, meeting rooms, student lounge and lab ar­eas outfitted with nurse stations, support medical equip­ment, and training simulators.
