Holland Construction Services New Missouri Office in St. Louis

We’re officially opening a regional office in Missouri to support our continued state-wide growth and employee recruitment efforts. Offering full-service construction management, and general contracting, our new 6,500 square-foot Missouri office is located in the City of St. Louis at 1000 Macklind Avenue, across from Forest Park between the St. Louis Science Center and St. Louis Community College.

The opening of our Missouri office comes amid a series of marquee multi-family, education, healthcare, and industrial projects in the state and a projected 50 percent company revenue growth from nearly $200 million in 2022 to $350 million in 2023. In the St. Louis region alone, a few of our current projects include The Edwin, a new 196-residence, mixed-use apartment building located near the Saint Louis University campus and featuring a Target and other retail; Bemiston Place, a new 237-residence, mixed-use apartment building in Clayton, Mo., featuring retail and restaurants on the ground floor; and the new 87,000 square-foot meat slicing and packaging facility for Volpi Foods in Union, Mo.

“Our projects in Missouri have grown significantly in recent years, now representing more than 50 percent of our revenue,” said Bruce Holland, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Holland. “While we continue to grow and serve our Illinois clients from our office in Swansea, we are thrilled to be working across the state and opening our new Missouri office in St. Louis, enabling us to best support our state-wide clients. And we look forward to continuing to contribute to St. Louis’ exciting growth story, as well as throughout the state.”

Holland, which was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Swansea, IL employs more than 160 people in the region, with more than 20% of employees currently residing in Missouri. Sixteen employees will begin working out of the Missouri office in St. Louis City, and the company plans to hire an additional 15 people in 2023 for a variety of positions.
