Jason Sperry, Hired at Holland Construction Services Inc.
(Swansea, IL – September 2026) – Holland Construction Services is pleased to announce that Jason Sperry has joined the firm as Project Manager. He brings a strong background in multifamily, senior living and commercial construction, with experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.
At Holland, Sperry will oversee project planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling and communication, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations. He holds the Associate Constructor Level 1 designation from the American Institute of Constructors.

Sperry earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
