Holland Construction Services Promotes Kyle Wesolowski to Project Manager

(Swansea, IL – March 2026) – Holland Construction Services has promoted Kyle Wesolowski to Project Manager. Wesolowski, who joined Holland five years ago, has advanced quickly through the organization due to his strong technical expertise, disciplined leadership style, and proven ability to manage complex multifamily and senior living projects.

“Kyle has earned this promotion through hard work, attention to detail, reliability, and a thorough commitment to doing things the right way,” said Rob Ruehl, Vice President of Operations. “He brings a unique blend of technical skill, strong leadership, and project experience that makes him exceptionally effective in the field. We’re excited to see him step into the Project Manager role and continue delivering outstanding results for our clients.”

In his new role, Wesolowski oversees day‑to‑day project operations on Holland projects. He works closely with project teams to ensure projects meet expectations for schedule, quality, safety, profitability, and client alignment. During his time at Holland, Wesolowski’s project contributions include:

  • Vita Emerald Apartments, Knoxville, Tennessee:A new 208,700 square-foot, four‑story apartment community with 160 units, state‑of‑the‑art amenities, outdoor recreation areas, bike storage, and a full business center.
  • Gateco Avenir Apartments, University City, Missouri:A four‑story steel podium residential development featuring 262 residential units, a commercial food-service/coffee tenant, a full gym, meeting rooms, and a five‑story precast parking structure.
  • Heartland View Apartments, St. Louis, Missouri:A 239,750 square-foot, seven‑building apartment development including 201 units, 52 covered parking spaces, an amenity center with a pool, outdoor living area, and fitness studio.
  • Sunnen Station Phase II, Maplewood, Missouri:A four‑story, 121‑unit apartment community with a two‑level, 61,000 square-foot parking structure and indoor/outdoor recreational features.

Wesolowski served eight years in the Illinois Army National Guard, progressing from E‑1 to E‑6 Staff Sergeant. His military career included roles as a 12N Heavy Equipment Operator, 12W Carpenter Team Lead, and ultimately 12H Construction Engineering Supervisor, where he gained extensive hands-on construction experience and leadership training that continue to shape his work today. Additionally, Wesolowski holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
