Holland Construction Services Announces Promotion of Seth Moline to Senior Project Manager

(Swansea, IL – November 2025) –Holland Construction Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Seth Moline to Senior Project Manager. In this expanded role, Moline will continue to lead high-profile projects, focusing on client satisfaction, construction excellence, and quality outcomes across the education, municipal, and commercial markets.

Moline has played a pivotal role in expanding Holland’s presence in the K–12 education market, guiding complex district-wide programs and building lasting partnerships with school districts. His ability to manage multiple projects and maintain clear communication with stakeholders has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes.

Moline began his career at Holland as an intern in 2018 and joined the company full-time in January 2020. Since then, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and above expectations. His attention to detail and collaborative approach have made him a trusted partner to clients and a valuable mentor to younger team members.

Moline has overseen a diverse array of challenging projects, such as the new 49,000 square-foot LEED Silver Certified Venice Elementary School for Venice Carlyle Community Unit School District (CUSD) #3, as well as:

• Carlyle District-Wide Improvements, Carlyle, Illinois: Renovations to the track and field, and elementary, junior high, and high school facilities for Carlyle CUSD #1.
• Moda at The Hill, St. Louis: New 224,802 square-foot, 225-unit apartment complex for Draper and Kramer.
• Eleven South Office Building, Columbia, Illinois: 36,000 square-foot three-story office building for Admiral Parkway.
• Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) Advanced Manufacturing Academy, Belleville, Illinois: New educational facility for manufacturing training for SWIC.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. He also maintains certifications, including OSHA 30-Hour, ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician – Grade I, and Fitwel Ambassador.
