Zahnow Project Completed – Republic-Times

Zahnow Elementary School in Waterloo, Illinois, has completed a significant renovation to address overcrowding and improve facilities. The project added four classrooms, new administrative offices with dedicated meeting rooms, and a secure entryway. Additionally, the former office area was transformed into a multi-purpose space for indoor recess and assemblies. The renovations were finished ahead of schedule and under budget, totaling approximately $7.9 million. District officials anticipate that these upgrades will accommodate student growth for the next decade.
