Holland Building MidAmerica Airport’s General Aviation Facility – Construction News and Review

Holland Construction Services is leading the expansion of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport in Mascoutah, Illinois, with a new 25,277-square-foot General Aviation Facility. The $29.1 million project, split into two phases, will include a U.S. Customs and Border Protection area and a Federal Inspection Station to support both general aviation and international commercial flights. Phase 4a, underway in 2024, will complete the building’s shell, while Phase 4b will focus on interior work. Funding comes from a mix of federal, state, and local sources, with completion expected by the end of 2025.
