Background
Holland was selected to build the new 224,802 SF, 225-unit apartment community, Moda at the Hill, in the historic Hill community of St. Louis. Amenities will include a large, fully landscaped pool & courtyard, open interior community spaces, fitness center, yoga room, co-working rooms and pet care facilities as well as luxury finishes with modern kitchens and baths, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and outdoor balconies. The project also includes an attached pre-cast 80,012 SF parking garage.
