Background

Holland served as construction manager on this new 53,000 SF private high school, which included upgrades to the teachers’ lounge, classrooms, and unfinished space on the second floor as well as the main office reception area. The facility was designed to accommodate 300 students with an expansion capacity to 600 students. The school features state-of-the-art science labs, common area, chapel, assembly space, library, gymnasium, and outdoor athletic facilities.
