Holland Construction Services was selected to construct the new Sunnen Station Apartments in Maplewood, Missouri.
This new apartment complex, developed by the Sunnen Family, in conjunction with Cozad Commercial Real Estate, is the first new apartment construction in the city of Maplewood in several years.
The new 186,402 square-foot four-story complex contains 174 one and two bedroom apartments built around a central courtyard featuring a swimming pool, sun deck, fire pits, and an outdoor kitchen. Building amenities include a lounge, gym, and club room, as well as a gated parking lot.
