 Holland Construction Services provided construction management services on this new $82.5 million hospital in a joint venture with Pepper Construction Group of Chicago.

The new 207,212 square-foot hospital features 94 private patient suites which includes 72 medical/surgical rooms, 6 intensive care unit beds, and 16 labor/delivery/recovery postpartum rooms. Additional units include 2 c-section rooms, 4 surgical suites, 2 cardiac catheterization labs, 6 emergency department treatment rooms, and 6 observation rooms.
