Holland Construction Services was selected to construct the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Fountains Conference Center in Fairview Heights.
The facility consists of a 4-story hotel containing 120 guest rooms, swimming pool, sauna and fitness center. The focal point of the Conference Center is its Grand Ballroom, which has the flexibility to be divided into 6 smaller meeting rooms. A state-of-the-art audiovisual seminar room accommodates users with hi-tech needs such as video conferencing.
